My thoughts on the food: it's alright!! I enjoyed my drink, which was one of the Super Bowl specials. I also liked the wings, we tried garlic Parmesan, buffalo, and Thai chili I believe. They were my favorite part. We also ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, which in my opinion was very bleu cheesey, but I also do not have much experience with buffalo chicken pizza. My concern was that the crust was really thin and just not that great, but still had a couple slices. The buffalo sauce was good for sure. We also had the cookie skillet for dessert which was very ooey gooey but perhaps a little too sweet. You may be thinking, "well yeah of course it's sweet, it's a cookie skillet," but it was an over powering sweetness. But it was a really good portion for sharing with my group of three! The vibe here was pretty nice, the old-firehouse-turned-bar is cool and the decor matches the aesthetic well. There are booths in little nooks and others out in the open and I like the variability. They also have a privateish area for private events. Theres even a parking lot! The service was also good, I was there for their Super Bowl watch party, and while it wasn't insanely busy, the servers were very attentive. As I said, I came here for the Super Bowl with some friends. They had raffles going, a DJ, plenty of TVs showing the game, some free swag, and a special menu. It was nice! They had a special drink menu, although it did advertise deals on food which ended up not being true. I had fun watching the game here, and while the place wasn't packed, most of the other spectators were from the local colleges... they were rather annoying, especially by the end of the night. Different groups were arguing with each other by the end, and one kid swore at the DJ for drawing a raffle winner that wasn't one of the college kids. The kids were leaving so the staff didn't need to intervene I'd say. But it brought us non-college student patrons together. Ah, the game day spirit! So if you're looking for a mature crowd, this may not be the place!

Stop #5 on RI FOOD FIGHTS 11th Annual Lord of the Pies!!!! Grilled Pizzas on the menu, I went for the Margherita Pizza, served with a swirl of Balsamic Vinegar Glaze....DELICIOUS, the tomato popped with flavor on first bite...hmmm mmm mm!

First off, very cool vibe! This restaurant is situated in a repurposed legit fire station. I came here for drinks and appetizers for my son's RIC Wrestling team. The staff accommodated our large group with ease, and quickly served drinks and food. Due to allergies, my husband and I didn't eat the food, so I can't speak to its taste but I will say it was presented nicely. Other parents commented that it was decent. Drinks were made well. I plan to go back and try an entree some night when we are in the area.

Popped in here today since I've driven by it a bunch of times and wanted a beer and to watch the Pats game. Pretty good crowd for 1pm and I guess they've got some brunch specials. Parking is limited, felt like they could've used a 2nd waitress for the crowd in there, but the grilled Margherita Pizza was pretty damned good even if it was (in my estimation) a premade crust. I'll come back to try their Buffalo or BBQ grilled pie. $6 draft pints won't break the bank and it's a fairly expansive interior with lots of seating. We were informed when waitress brought check over that their credit machine wasn't working (?) and we'd have to utilize the ATM in lobby to pay to the tune of a $3 surcharge fee (!) not cool. Lighting over the bar needs to be higher up as they obscure TV viewing depending on where you're sitting.

Made it here to find the #bestburger from #rifoodfights. Service was good. Burger was just ok. It was good but not a burger that would want me to go back. Patty just had no real flavor. Should have allowed to choose from any burger to really get a good feel for food.

It's crazy I've never been here. Both the drinks and food were very good and I get a nicer dive bar vibe. Very affordable prices also. Their espresso martini was $12 and I got their No. 6 cocktail which was only $11. Both were delicious. Their barbecue brunch burger was large and fantastic. ($15) They loaded it with a yummy barbecue sauce and the fried egg, burger itself, with the the brioche bun was spot on. As other reviews said, the service is pretty slow, but staff is friendly and they have good food/drinks.
